Mark Edler is a certified public accountant (CPA) specialized in advising companies with between $1 - $50 million in revenue on acquisitions and financial planning.
Mark's experience supporting entrepreneurs includes over 100 QoE engagements in addition to supporting dozens of clients with financial advisory services to enhance SMB reporting functions and cash flow optimization planning.
Upon graduation from Villanova University, Mark worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in their Specialized Tax Services group. Mark worked on cutting edge automation projects that helped clients analyze complex tax positions for maximized cash savings.
Mark left PwC to help Delphi Wealth Management establish it's first expansion subsidiary, Delphi Tax Management. During his time there, he played a key role in facilitating the company's first acquisition of an accounting firm, while also implementing improvements that resulted in significantly higher revenue per client.
Mark also contributed to building a robust business infrastructure that would enable the company to expand its operations in the future.
In addition to leading the Quality of Earnings and Accounting & Financial Advisory service lines for Edler Zain, Mark also principally leads all organic growth & acquisition efforts for the firm's own expansion efforts.
