About us
Partners and platforms
The advisors we refer clients to and the technology we implement and support.

Overview
No single firm should handle every part of a transaction or an ownership transition. We maintain working relationships with attorneys, lenders, brokers, insurance advisors, and wealth managers who serve the same kinds of businesses we do, and we make introductions where they help our clients.
We also implement and support a defined set of accounting and operational platforms. We do not receive compensation for referrals or platform recommendations.
How we work with partners
We refer based on fit, not fee arrangements
We stay involved through the engagement rather than handing off
